Refund Policy: Vital Core Health & Training
A non-refundable registration deposit of $150.00 is required to reserve a seat in the Phlebotomy Training Program.
Registration Deposit:
The $150 registration deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it reserves the student’s enrollment and covers administrative processing.
Tuition Payment:
The remaining tuition balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the Online Course. Students will not be granted access to course materials until full payment is receive.
Before Course Access:
If a student withdraws before gaining access to the online learning platform and course materials, only tuition payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Request:
All Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Vital Core Health & Training. Approved refunds will be processed withing 30 days as long as no access to course materials have been given.
This Policy applies to all students enrolled in the Online Phlebotomy Training Program.
COURSE ELIGIBILITY & AGE POLICIES
Open Enrollment: Vital Core Health & Training
Minimum Age: Students must be at least 17 years of age to enroll. Applicants who are 17 years old strictly requires a signed parent or legal guardian consent form within their enrollment package.
Education Requirements: All students must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and to sit for the National Certification Exam.
Lab Attendance & Code of Conduct:
Lab Attendance: Full attendance for both days of our intensive in-person clinical lab is strictly mandatory to fulfill your required clinical draws. In the event of an unavoidable emergency, you must notify the instructor at least 48 hours prior to the lab start time to arrange a reschedule.
Code of Conduct:
Students must maintain professional, respectful, and ethical medical behavior at all times during clinical labs. Any strict safety violations or failure to follow direct instructor safety guidelines will result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.
ONLINE TESTING & TECHNOLOGY REQUIRMENTS:
Technology Needed:
All students must have a desktop computer or a laptop, work reliable internet and a working webcam/microphone. Cell phones are not permitted during testing.
Once you’re ready to test, it will walk you through the testing procedures.
Timed & On-Camera Exams:
To maintain medical training integrity, The National Exam Test is timed and are monitored on camera via webcam.
Academic Integrity:
Cheating, using outside notes, or opening browser tab during an exam is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in automatic failure and review for program dismissal without a refund.
Technical Disclaimer:
Vital Core Health & Training is not responsible for liable for any student-side technical difficulties, including home internet, outages, computer crashes, or webcam failures during times exams. It is the sole responsibility of the student to ensure their equipment is functioning properly before starting the test.
