Hello, I’m Patricia Foltz, founder and Instructor at Vital Core Health & Training. I am passionate about helping students build the knowledge, and confidence, and hands on skills needed to succeed as professionals’ phlebotomy technician.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No prior healthcare or medical experience is required to enroll. This program is designed for beginners and provides all necessary instruction in anatomy, safety, and phlebotomy techniques. Basic reading comprehension and a willingness to learn are recommended for success in the program.

  • Course content is delivered through a combination of online learning modules and in-person hands-on clinical training. Students’ complete theory lessons online at their own pace, then attend scheduled in-person sessions to practice and demonstrate phlebotomy skills under instructor supervision.

  • Upon successful completion of the online coursework and program requirements, students will receive a Certificate of Completion in Phlebotomy Training from Vital Core Health & Training. After completing the program, students will be eligible to sit for a national certification exam to become a Certified Phlebotomy Technician.
